How to Use

This is the most important section. You will see messages where the system was not fully sure.

Your job:

• Select Train: Load if it's about a load
• Select Train: Vehicle if it's about a vehicle
• Select Correct ✓ if it already looks right

This helps the system improve future results.

Use "All Posts" to review what is live in the system. Use filters like Low Confidence to find issues.

Look for:

• Wrong routes
• Missing details
• Incorrect vehicle types

Only fix or flag posts if they are clearly wrong.

Posts here have been live for a long time with no response.

Check for:

• Posts that are no longer relevant
• Duplicate listings from the same user
• Posts that should be closed

Close or hide stale posts to keep the feed clean.

Not all posts need attention.

Focus on:

• Low confidence items
• Unclear or mixed messages
• Anything that looks obviously wrong

Ignore clean and obvious posts.

Your actions:

• Help improve future results
• Do NOT change posts already sent to users
